Life is precious

Sorry I've not been around much, either to update my blog or to visit yours. I have been a very busy girl lately.

Most recently I've been taking care of the two precious little ones you see pictured above and the my cousin's three older children. Luke was the youngest until we inherited little Gabby. She's a border collie, full of love and full of fun. She adores little Luke, who is 5 1/2 and has Cerebral Palsy.

Some day things will calm down and I will be able to visit the blogs I love so much and maybe even post a few more photos, but until then I wish you all a splendid November. I love you all.

Thank you all for your comments. We are doing alright. My cousin has to have heart surgery. She helps to care for her 4 grandkids so I am staying with the children while she has tests taken and prepares for the operation. I am able to care for them and keep up with my work over the internet. I am truly blessed to be able to spend this time with them and blessed to have you as my dear friends.

Love,
Laurie

I miss reading your posts and seeing your pictures, but I understand. Actually, I'm a little envious- I always wanted a house full of family.

My Gracie is part border collie- boy, those dogs are smart!

Oh, Laurie - You always bring me to tears. This is so precious, dear little Luke and Gabby snuggling nearby.

Honey, I hope you're taking care of yourself, too. What a year . . .

Hugs and Love,
Cathy

Hi Laurie,

I hope that life calms down for you soon. I am so looking forward to having some boring times. What a sweet photo - and Gabby reminds me of Sugar when she was a baby. I'm sure that she doesn't stay still much either!
