Because my last post was so serious....

...and stirred up some lively discussion (which I'm not afraid of, by the way); this post is just "fluff".

A woman and a man are involved in a car accident on a snowy, cold Monday morning; it's a bad one. Both of their cars are totally demolished but amazingly neither of them are hurt. God works in mysterious ways.

After they crawl out of their cars, the woman says, "So you're a man. That's interesting. I'm a woman.

Wow, just look at our cars! There's nothing left, but we're unhurt. This must be a sign from God that we should meet and be friends and live together in peace for the rest of our days.

"Flattered, the man replies, "Oh yes, I agree with you completely, this must be a sign from God!" The woman continues, "And look at this, here's another miracle. My car is completely demolished but this bottle of wine didn't break. Surely God wants us to drink this wine and celebrate our good fortune."

Then she hands the bottle to the man.The man nods his head in agreement, opens it and drinks half the bottle and then hands it back to the woman.

The woman takes the bottle and immediately puts the cap back on, and hands it back to the man.

The man asks, "Aren't you having any?" The woman replies, "No. I think I'll just wait for the police..."

MORAL OF THE STORY: Women are clever, very clever. Don't mess with them.

Thank you! This is the laugh I needed today!

Carol: I also needed a giggle today. My dad had several small strokes and I'm at his house taking care of him. He is doing better, thankfully.

If the trolls would stop commenting on the wind power post, life would be fairly good! I'm tired of doing their research for them (and I'm on dial-up at dad's so it takes forever).

My new philosophy is if they don't have guts enough to open their blogs to the public, then I'm not going to let them comment on mine.

Be thankful you don't live in hippy country where I live. This sort of stuff would keep our locals chatting for years!

Oh! That is soooo wicked :0D

Carol: Do you think the hippies are for or against wind farming? I know the nearly all of the ag producers I work with approve of using renewable energy resources.

Cathy: I was feeling a bit bratty when I posted it. ;)

This is spooky. I realize that you and I both used the word "fluff" in our most recent posts! I commented above a while ago and then I went back to read my bit of fluff and then thought - what are the chances?! Honest - unless I clicked onto your blog in my sleep and subliminally recorded it. Cool.

Oh my, that is rather odd. I'm not even sure where that word came from...it just popped into my mind when I was writing the post. Are you projecting your thoughts or am I projecting mine?
