Why are cats so fascinated with footwear?I'll write a post about our county fair soon. Right now I'm going to put my feet up and read a good book or fall asleep trying.

I never understood that, either. Our Maine Coon used to leave hairballs in our shoes... :o/
The fair is worse than staying home and working isn't it? I am so glad the kids are old enough now to haul their own show string over there and do all the pre-show work. Hope you get some good rest in.

KG, If I hide them, they find them. They've been known to push open closet doors to get to them. They are spoiled brats!

Dogs love shoes, too. I can't take my shoes off when my pup is around. He makes a beeline for them.
