You Are a Traditional Christmas Tree

For a good Christmas, you don't have to re-invent the wheel.

You already have traditions, foods, and special things you bring out every year.

Merry, merry to you.

I was in charge of Christmas at home. One year I did a tree with no ornaments that was covered with white lights, which you couldn't see, because I'd heavily flocked it with snow. Looked like a tree standing in s snowy wood, until the lights went on.

I got a "Bright Christmas Tree"

"For you, the holidays are all about fun and seasonal favorites.
You are into all things Christmas, even if they're a little tacky."

By tacky I think they are referring to the Santa that shakes his butt to a song!

Is he here, yet?

I meant your son, not Booty-Shakin' Santa.

AC, Thank you! It's been awesome so far.

Joe, I bet that was beautiful. Did you take pictures?

Ur-spo, I have definitely had Charlie Brown Christmas trees in the past. I love them!

Courtney, Fun, fun! And personally, I have nothing against the butt-shaking Santa. Yes, my son is here! I am the happiest mom in the universe right now and I will be posting all about it a bit later. Right now I'm in power cooking mode. :)

Cameras hadn't been invented yet.

Joe, I am older than you and there are baby pictures of me...so unless you decorated the tree in a previous incarnation, there were cameras! ;-)

I was a mini-me...I mean a minimal tree! Totally accurate.

Merry Christmas, Laurie! Enjoy every split second.

I'm a multi-Christmas tree person. I have two but would decorate 10 if I had the space and could afford it.

Littlemspea, LOL! You always make me laugh.

Mary, I used to be so festive, then after mom (Mrs. Santa) died, I kind of lost my Christmas spirit. I think I'm finding it again. :)

My Mrs. Santa died 8 months ago and it was a difficult Christmas but I made it work. I tried hard for weeks and finally felt the spirit, just like YOU!

I'm glad you found the spirit within you Mary and I'm very sorry about your loss.
