Should you really eat buffalo in Buffalo?

Hello from bea--utiful Buffalo, Wyoming. The city isn't very large but the downtown is truly historic and the Winchester Restaurant on Highway 16 E. is a wonderful place to eat (no, I didn't have Buffalo). The picture isn't of Buffalo though, it is of Beaver Creek, near Absarokee MT where I was born and raised. I just thought it was pretty and wanted to share.
